COOK THIS RECIPE IN 6 SIMPLE STEPS

Wash chicken breast and dry it. Season it with salt and pepper then sprinkle flour on the plate and place both sides of chicken breast on that plate. Thin layer of flour should be on whole surface of the chicken.
Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and 20 gr of butter and preheat skillet. Place chicken breast on skillet and fry both sides 5 - 6 minutes per side.
Put away fried chicken breasts from a skillet. Clean garlic clove and onion and chop on small pieces. Add chopped garlic, onion, and 250 ml of wine into the skillet and boil for 20 min on medium heat with an open cover.
In the meantime while wine boils off, take clean skillet add 20 gr of butter and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and preheat it on medium heat. Clean and slice potato then fry it for 10 - 15 minutes. (Tip: to make perfect fried potatoes first cook them with covered skillet for 10 minutes on medium heat and then remove cover and cook it 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Mix few times during cooking).
Pass boiled off wine through a sieve into a skillet and throw away onion and garlic that will stuck in a sieve. Place fried chicken breast and chopped mushrooms on a skillet cover and stew them for 10 minutes in wine a sauce.
Place chicken breast and wine sauce on a plate and add fries on the side. Garnish it with parsley. Enjoy your MealDuo
