It is hands down one of our all-time favorite meals. It is the meal we eat when we didn’t plan anything for dinner or when we are super busy and don’t have time or the desire to make an elaborate meal. It is also the recipe we make when we want plain, simple, GOOD food. Who says good food has to be complicated? You can make a delicious dinner with only few ingredients!

COOK THIS RECIPE IN 6 SIMPLE STEPS

Add one liter water and 0.5 tbsp of salt into the large pot and bring it to boil. Add spaghetti and boil it for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop one bag of spinach, dice one onion, and crush all bread crumbs into the large bowl. Add 2 eggs both white and yokes and 100 gr of pasta cheese.
Season content of the bowl with salt and pepper and mix it. Then form patties, this recipe should give you at least 4 patties.
Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil into the large skillet and preheat it on medium-high heat. Place patties on a skillet and fry them for 3 - 4 minutes per side.
Remove patties and place them on a plate. Remove all water from the pot with spaghetti but keep spaghetti inside. Then add back 100 ml of water and second pack of spinach, cover the pot and boil it on low-medium heat for 8 minutes.
Remove all water from the pot, add 100 gr of pasta cheese and 100 gr of cream and mix it pasta well. Place pasta on the plate next to the patties. Enjoy your MealDuo
