COOK THIS RECIPE IN 6 SIMPLE STEPS

In a large skillet preheat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat until bubbles stars to appear in the oil. Meanwhile wipe wooden skewers with vegetable oil and stick chopped pork cubes on it.
Generously season pork with salt and pepper. Place pork skewers on a skillet and fry for 10 minutes — 5 minutes per side. Then cover the skillet and stew pork for another 6 minutes. Once cooked place pork skewers on the plate.
Meanwhile add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on a clean skillet. Clean and slice potatoes and fry for 10 - 15 minutes. (Tip: to make perfect fried potatoes cook them with cover skillet for 10 minutes on medium heat and then remove cover and cook it 5 minutes. Stir few times during cooking).
Place fried potato on a plate next to pork skewers. Add tzatziki sauce, tomato, bread and onions. Enjoy your MealDuo
