COOK THIS RECIPE IN 6 SIMPLE STEPS

Heat a large skillet over medium heat (and preheat oven to 375 F /190 C, optionally line a baking paper). Once the skillet is hot, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 minced shallot and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Fry while stirring frequently until soft, about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, take a large pot and add 500 ml water and boil pack of rice for 20 minutes. Remove water from black beans can and add them to a mixing bowl, mash half of them for texture, keep remaining half unmashed.
Add sweet potato and lightly mash, then add half cup boiled rice, previously fried shallot and garlic cloves, 1/4 tbsp salt, and pack of diced green onion. Mix to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more rice if the mixture feels too wet. It should be very moist but formable.
Lightly oil up a baking sheet and place formed burger patties. Bake burgers for a total 30 - 45 minutes, carefully flipping 20 minutes in to ensure even cooking. The longer you bake them the firmer and drier they will get - up to preference. We suggest you 35 minutes.
Slice Radish, Cornsalad, Cucumber and place it on a bun. Mash avocado, optionally season it with 1/6 tbsp salt. Use mashed avocado and hummus as sauce, reference to the picture for the order. Enjoy your MealDuo!
