The secret to making tacos is simplicity. Traditional street tacos are served on corn tortillas and topped with just chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, salsa and a squeeze of fresh lime. No cheese, avocado, sour cream or any of that other stuff. But who are we kidding? We absolutely need our favorite sour-cream cilantro sauce on tacos. The creaminess of the sauce compliments the spicy chicken.

COOK THIS RECIPE IN 6 SIMPLE STEPS

For 6 Chicken Tacos (2 portions) First prepare tacos filling. Cut chicken into small pieces around half cm to half cm or alternatively use meal pictures as a reference of chicken pieces size.
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil or any other vegetable oil into the large skillet and preheat it over medium heat until bubbles start to appear in the oil. Add chicken into the skillet and fry it for 10 minutes without covering the pan. Stir it while cooking to have evenly fried chicken.
Remove chicken from the skillet and let it cool down for 3 - 5 minutes. Then chop chicken fillet on small pieces and put it into the bowl.
Chop two tomatoes, one bell pepper, one small onion, cilantro, and half of the lime juice. Add sliced chicken and mix all in a large bowl.
Place 2 - 3 tbsp of Tacos filling into each taco wrap and place it on a plate. Enjoy your MealDuo.
